WAITING FOR CUSTOMS

Parcell number: RI***za<br> <br> Good Day,<br> <br> I have tracked my package online on the sapo site and noticed that it has been detained by customs. I managed to get an email reply from Thandi Ntuli and was told an Invoice is needed which was not supp**** with the item.<br> <br> I sent the invoice via email on 3 occasions to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but I have not had any feedback and I am in the dark whether the invoice has been received by customs or what is needed to get the item cleared. <br> <br> I have tried all the telephone numbers for customs I could find online but cant get answer on any of the numbers I tried and would really like to know what is needed to get the package released<br> <br> <br> Regards,<br> Riaan
