Waiting for a promised refund - 35 days and counting

<p>Hi Sipho and Shadi,</p> <p>It has been 19 days since your last email concerning my refund. This is unacceptable service, as I have come to expect from the SA Post Office. Please respond to me by the close of business on Monday 21 November, or I will be forced to resort to publicising this case again, which seems to be the only way to get any response or action out of the SAPO.</p>
