WAITING FOR 2 LETTERS FROM THE UK FOR OVER A MONTH

<p>I have paid an addittional fee (R4720) to have my letters delivered within a week from the UK to South Africa using Royal Mail. Both my letters were sent two weeks apart from one another. The only letter shows that it has already been delivered to the destination (reference number RI ********** 15ZA) which it hasn't. I have been to my local post offfice in Kempton Park but without luck...they can't even trace it since their lines/computers were ****** thus searching for it manually. I have been sent from one post office to next and no one can tell me where it is ....it has now been a month. Then my second letter (refererence number II ********** 74ZA) has been with Germiston Hub for 2 weeks already. I don't understand how it can take so long?? I will even drive to whether it is to collect it personally but no one seems to be helpful. I need these documentations for my UK VISA and the UK Embassy only gave me a certain amount of time to deliver these documentation or I have to pay another R22800. Can someone assist as I phoned your Customer Service but they just say it is out of their hands and can't do anything. </p>
