Waiting 6 months. Arrogant staff and no help at all!

I've been waiting over 6 months for my parcel. I've ordered a skin care regimen which I always use. I always knew it would take long but it never took this long. 6 MONTHS??? Every time I try to call, the line eventually cuts off at the 1 hour mark or someone just says i'll put you through and then they cut you off. The Post Office get angry with me calling twice a week which is so mean as if you did your job, I wouldn't bother you so much. It takes 1 week to get from the US, from my store, packed, couriered to their airport, sorted out, sent to SA and arrives here. If they can do all that in 1 week. How can the Post office here take 6 months??????? No one is doing their job. It can't possibly take this long. Seeing they're not a business, they probably won't even care about this, but even worse than Telkom, the SA post office is the worst, slowest, most non responsive, arrogant staff, and truly a disappointment.
