Vredenburg Post Office are liers

The lady at the vredenburg post office told me on Thursday when i went to collect my parcel that it was still in the bags even tho i received a sms for collection and that i must come some other day when the guy unpacks the bags. She said they wil be open so i went friday evening and they were closed and also on Saturday because of lockdown. I am really in need of that parcel so why they lie to me. I advice never to trust the people here.
