VPO issues

I am attempting to renew my post box using this service. Made payment on 01 Feb 2022, the virtual online account shows that I am still owing money. Tried contacting ***, voice mail busy message. At one time I got through and was asked to forward my payment confirmation to Daphne Kau, which I did on the 25 Feb 2022, still no updates. Tried emailing Daphne, no response!
