Virtual Post Office - no service

Attempted to register on the Virtual Post Office site on the 2 nd of January 2018 in order to renew my Post Office Mail box. The registration confirmation e-mail never arrived.

On the 3 rd of January I attempted to retrieve my password from the previous attempt. Just got a message on screen informing me that the specific e mail is already registered.

I then attempted to register again using a different e mail address. Once again, the confirmation e mail never arrived. (Checked my Spam folder).

I then contacted them at the e mail address provided under "Contact Us". No response....
