Victimisation !!!!!!!

<p>On the 13th April, i went to the post office in braamfontein to certify a document, when i got there i was assisted by a gentlemen whose name is Melton Tsumbedzo. </p> <p>ive never felt so victimized in my life, when he refused to certify a document for me, he asked me to literally " beg "him to help me with the document, or else he wont do it. he then referred to the other department knowing excactly that its closed people have already went home at 14H00.</p> <p>he told me to come back on the 18th when they are back.</p> <p> </p> <p>he was very rude, calling me all sorts of names, i dont knw what i did to deserve such treatment or is it because i am a woman, or he was havinga bad day. he didnt offer customer service to me, even though he had all the facilities to assist me.</p>
