VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I actually cannot give a review and 0 rating is what they deserve. JIMC I have been waiting for a parcel which arrived on the 14th December. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. I got through once and was told that the parcel was still at the airport for sorting, but they would investigate and come back to me. I forgot the ladies name, but this is ridiculous. You cannot even get through to senior management to try assist.
