Very slow SA Post Office

Wondering whether our post offices are still functional. Two examples: 1. It took them basically a month to move a small parcel from Durban to Rayton after they never delivered my previous small package (see my previous story in this regard); 2. I was entitled to vote in the European elections. For this a voting document was posted to me from Europe to my PO Box in Rayton about 6 weeks before the vote had to be handed in. This document landed in my post office box about two weeks after the voting results were made public... It seems they will deliver, however long it takes... No wonder everybody is using courier services instead where-ever possible.
