very rude bad service

This is now the fourth time we go to this post office then the machines are of for eaks , then the photo copier is not working. My Mothers sassa money were ****** 3 times when we were there the first time they did not stop it then we were told to get statment from them and log a call at the police office the police says they must give them information as to which atm the money was drawen. When i went there today first there were no staff memeber to help sisting at the back not doing anything to help customers. then after few minites she were told cashier 4 i told here what the police said she was very ruder and unhelpful , Dont know if they are hiding somethin. Please employ staff that whant to work and that are compentent.
