Very poor service from high point POST OFFICE

I had a package sent from Austria via my child in Hillbrow. And when my mother and daughter went to collect the package for some time they where told they have not received the package and when they final got the package it was opened and the Phone that was on the package was missing. And they say they don't know how it was open. And they gave them like that. Up till today nothing has been done about my missing phone from the package. No feedback on the investigation. Not even a sorry. And the attitude we get from lady. Was very bad. It's very hard for me to accept that I have lost. So I'm really unhappy with the quality of service
