Very poor service at SA post office

My Christmas gift parcel from my daughter in the USA tracking no. HH***US was received by Witspos on 10 Feb 2021. Numerous unanswered telephone calls to various post office resulted in me not knowing whether my parcel has been ****** or is still at Witspos. I am willing to come to Witspos and look for my parcel myself. Please hrlp me to track down my parcel. Thanks
