Very poor delivery service

What can we say about the Sa post office, their services suck and they expect us to pay. Pay for what when we go there, there is always just one booth open and you wait about 2 hours for help. When you are expecting a package from another part of the world it takes forever because no one at the sa post office won't give you a straight answer as to when you can expect your package to arrive because they are stupid and useless.
