I ordered my first overseas parcel, and I keep on harassing the call centres and customer services with questions, and Coba was so quick and happy to help with looking for my domestic tracking number. The call centre was nice and efficient, despite having a tiny bit of trouble to find my new tracking number (sorted out in 3 minutes). <br> <br> And Benjamin Blignaut rep**** (within 24hours) with info regarding my parcel and tracking number, with even more info that I asked for. <br> <br> I should receive my parcel soon, but to give credit where credit is due, I am impressed with the service despite the popular opinion of SAPO's poor service. And this is during the busy Christmas holiday. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience to work with you.
