Very frustrated client.

Hi there, I ordered something from overseas and it had long since arrived and has been held at customs. I’ve tried phone calls, but no one answers. And also, no one responds to my emails. I’ve read previous reviews here and the postal service says they’ve been having customs issues... that was in March, it’s August so I’m sure there should not be any excuse. The lack of communication is very frustrating. I’ve reached a point where I’d rather just collect the parcel myself at customs. This is beyond frustrating.
