VERY DISSAPOINTED- INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE LOST

I have a package that has been scanned in rustenburg Post Office. We recieved the sms on the 23/01/2018 to collect the package. Same day very excited to collect the package and they sent me away due to the fact that i do not have a shelf number, after that i have been there 3 time and still no package, comes out they lost the package. This is after i called the post office to speak to the manager, Elsie, and enquir about my package, still she has not come back to me.

To end it all off my husband went there and they said they can not assist him in getting the package as the back room staff already left. Today 16/02/2018 my husband went again, They told him that the package is lost. My wedding is in 7 Days that i need thia package. So no package, they said they qould look fir it, so how many times do i still have to go to the post office to finally gwt my package!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!! Now i have to go everyday just to wait in line and hope they get my package while i wait there like an irritating idiot.
