Very disgusted with Newcastle Post Office

Have been to Newcastle post office several times but the wue is a me long as several satalite post offices have been closed i stood for one and half hours to get served eventually got there to be told they are offline. So i then go to pick up my mail at my post office box to find that the place is all locked up as they havent paid rent what the hell is going on the post office in Newcastle is a joke
