VERY DISGRUNTLED POST BANK CUSTOMER

<p>I am very disapointed with the POSTBANK.On the 22nd I tried to withdraw some money from the Nedbank ATM.I made two failed attempts. With each failed attempt the money was deducted form my account.Since then I have been in and out of Post BANK regarding this issue and only R1000 was reversed.Nobody seems to be bothered to help me with the outstanding R1000.They even told me to go to Nedbank but Nedbank could not assist me since i am not their customer ,which only makes perfect sense.Worst customer service ever from POSTBANK.I NEED MY MONEY PLEASE POS TBANK</p>
