very disappointed with southdale post office

i went to Southdale, post office on the 1st of april, to get my children grant. it was my first time to that post office. i usually use ****arney and rosebank post office. and they never asked for my id book to withdraw money for my kids.

i was very shocked the way the staff were soo rude to me, while i was explaining to them, that i was new in the area, and usually from were i leave they never asked for my id.

they didn't even bother to help me. even i told them i dnt know if one as to take the id book to withdraw money, never done it before.

imagine on this covid 19, i was wearing clothes and mask.

it was a very bad experience, imagine. worse im new in the area, and my kids needed food at home. im sorry the guy manager was very very rude, and his starff. im very disappointed.

and they were even screaming! talking too loud! as if i was the wrong person there. as if its my fault. i fell very dumb in that post office i even bagged them that i have my license if they can use it.

they refused. why did not they try their best to use my id, on this trying times, keep on talking to me, while we are fighting infection of covid 19.

southdale starf are very rude.

especially the short fat africana lady she was worse.
