Very disappointed customer

Post office charged me higher fees for a door to door delivery but didn't deliver the package, instead the person who was supposed to receive the package had to physically receive it directly from post office. I have also posted mails (paid for fast mail) within the same province and to this day they never reached the destination or returned to me.
