Very bad vibes

I think all the branches must just close down at this point, very useless!

The customer service line rings unanswered for more than 2 hours holding, the website is malfunctioning we can't track our parcels anymore, the sms option also doesn't work. My branch has been closed, my parcels nowhere to be found, yoh my tired is tired.
