Very bad service from Post office Mafikeng

My mother is receiving her Sassa money through post office, payment for October was paid but post office cant pay my mother saying they do not have enough funds to give her. My mother has to catch a taxi from Kopela Delareyville to Mafikeng R120.00 return to go check every time and come back with nothing but just empty promises. Today is the 18th she still haven't received her money and she is depending on that money. It really hurts to see her going through what she is going through now. Please sort this out asap as it feels like you really do not care about our elderly people.
