VERY bad service

<p>Yesterday when I got home, I saw a little post office paper on the floor in my name. </p> <p>The weather was really bad since it was windy and rainy.</p> <p>When I took the paper to the post office to get my parcel, the lady asked me how are supposed to stick that paper in the book. (All in afrikaans) I told her that I couldn't help for it being wet and dirty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Previously I went WITHOUT a slip and they just wrote a NEW slip. I told her to just write a new slip. (All of this still in Afrikaans) </p> <p> </p> <p>When she started to give me lip and a real bad attitude I told her to stop being rude( in Afrikaans). All of the sudden she couldn't understand Afrikaans. What a lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the so called "supervisor" came up in a even WORSE attitude, saying I must sign the dirty and wet slip. I told her that previously SHE helped me, and all she did was to write a new slip. Then all of the sudden she could do it, because she remembered that I did it previously. </p> <p> </p> <p>The service in HARTBEE****RT POSY OFFICE is TERRIBLE!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Sometimes when you go in to collect a parcel, there's NO ONE at the desks to help you. The post office is open, but there's no staff. And when the staff is there, you get bad service.</p>
