VERY BAD SERVICE

My Parcel has been kept at Johannesburg international mail centre (HUB) since 08 October 2018. I have contacted SAPO to track it for me since JHB int mail centre failed to respond to my emails, sms and thousand of phone calls, i was told that it can take 3 to 4 months to release it since they are experiencing a backlog. I don't understand the kind of service they are providing. no one is willing to tell me where exactly my parcel is or when will it reach me. One of the personnel i spoke to told me that if i am lucky i will get my parcel after 2 months. Jhd int mail must clear their backlog and give me my parcel. TRACKING NUMBER EA ********** 72CN
