Very bad customer service!!

<p>I emailed the SA Post Office multiple times about a parcel of mine that has not made any progress for the past month, I finally got a reply to hear that the parcel is not there when in actual fact the parcel has been there since 20/07/2017. The person that emailed me back to say my parcel was not in the country was Francinah Madzivhani just to saw the parcel is not in SA with me showing her evidence that it is! any Help on what to do?</p>
