Very angry

My parcels have been at the hub from the 09th Dec 2017 and there hasn't been any movement, cant through to them. I need my items a.s.a.p. You are promised 14-45 days to receive the parcels when you order. The parcels get to them and they don't deliver and keep them for a long time. The last time the parcel was scanned was on the 09th Dec 2017 and it reached the country on the 02nd Dec 2017.

I demand answers about my parcel. Their service is bad. No one can give you answers as you cant get through to their customer service.
