Vanderbijlpark Post Office is not up to standard

My parcel has being in Vanderbijlpark Post office since the 5th of February 2020 and TRACKING RI***ZA needs to go out to Vaalpark area. Today is the 18th of March 2020 and my parcel still at Vanderbijlpark Post Office. This is really pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
