Utterly disgusted at Sandton Post Office Theft

I am utterly disgusted at Sandton Post office theft. I sent a cell phone (Sony Experia Z3) from Sandton Post Office - destination Durban on 07/08/2015. Upon receiving the package in Durban on the 11/08/2015 my brother informed me there was no phone inside. The packaged had been opened and phone ****** and resealed empty. I went back to report in Sandton & all they did was give me a number to call speed services while totally distancing themselves from the incident. It's disgusting because I had not dealt directly with speed services I gave the phone to them to post.. whoever they choose to use to deliver is not my business by now they are referring me to people I never dealt with. Utterly disgusted as Sandton City Post Office for theft and lack of responsibility for lost goods.
