Utterly disappointing Service

I am waiting for parcels for the last 3 weeks that have arrived from overseas. I have paid for and need the items Urgently now

My local Post office cannot assist further but say me that it is at the main hub. 10 calls at average of 5 to 10 minute intervals of 3 different days and I am yet to have someone answer the telephone. Further I sent a complaint via email and still no response. Besides complaining of the potential of the loss of their jobs, maybe staff should step up their service and maybe they will have a chance to recover. I need urgent assistance and if an initial contact can be made will help
