Utterely disgusted by the service

Good day!

I am utterly disgusted by the *********** people working at the post office in Bethlehem! They don’t know jack **** working there!

I waited in a que for over an hour just to hear that the person on the other side of the glass doesn’t know why they are charging me a fee for my parcel, of which i already paid the shipping fee of R1356 and for the damn parcel!

And less to say that only 1 person was working and there were atleast 20 people in the que waiting!

This is not service! Train your people to accomodate their clients! I was bot eve aloud to speak to someone else as i was told ! I demanded 3 times!!!

I even tried calling customer service, as there was no answer , and the post office itself!!!
