Utmost **** service

Sent a international parcel back in August, it never left South Africa. Now the package is being sent back to me but don't get a refund for the shipping that was over R1000, i must first complete a form to see if i will be refunded for the shipping costs i paid?. Such **** service. Customer service is useless, no one gives any feedback
