USPS parcel still stuck somewhere at customs?

Ok really now this isnt funny at all! Longer than two weeks my parcel is somewhere at customs! No one can give me a SA tracking number? what on earths going on I ask you?? Don't tell me about a back log. I'm well aware that I paid postal fees and my PO box and only received Mail for about three months in 2014 in total! Actually had to pay2015 already too and still no service! Pathetic! So I guess my package might as well be concisered ****** then. I'm utterly disgusted! LJ***US
