USPS Package not delivered

<p>I placed an online order from an international site and received a tracking number from USPS. Now my tracking details says: Your item departed a transfer airport in JOHANNESBURG INTL, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA on April 20, 2017 at 5:47 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. I am in Cape Town and still have mot received my package. Today is 07/05/2017 which means it has been sitting at JHB INT for nearly 20 days. Now I understand that international packages need to be cleared by Customs before being assigned a SAPO tracking number....but TWENTY ****** days!!!? This is absolutely pathetic...its 2017 and this is the service we get.</p>
