Useless service

I ordered something from Europe - it's been in the country since 07/08/2019, but I have not received it yet.

The last activity logged is 21/08/2019 - it shows it's released from customs. So I've phoned and emailed numerous people, but either (most of the time) I get no response OR they cannot tell me where my parcel is OR I get different answers each time (different status or dates).

I've been trying to call the Jhb International mail centre ***), but the call gets cut after 5min 10sec!

It is just ridiculous that I have not received my parcel yet and that no one can give me any answers!
