Useless Service

Why both pay for track and trace when the clowns at customer service can just confirm that my letter is just sitting in the Pretoria Post office for 2 weeks (this came a week after I asked why my urgent letter isn't being delivered). Thanks! I need it in Cape Town! Customer service doesn't even think it's necessary to answer my actual question.
