Useless SA Postal Service

I ordered some merchandise from the USA and learned that USPS posted the parcel to JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA. I have been tracking this parcel since it departure in the USA and it appears that it has gone missing. It departed the 3rd of AUG 2021 to its end destination and today marks 10 days of it being missing. the SA Post Office customer care number has been called 16 times with keeping the phones ringing for at least 20 min at a time whilst listening to the most boring lady stating "Your call is important to us". I even mailed this center and the outcome is exactly the same as the phone scenario.

This is by far the most ***********, useless and ****py service our beloved country has ever seen. Its so pathetic that it makes me want to throw up.
