Useless postoffices

<p>Ive send a registered letter from Rustenburg to Randburg on the 11th of June. On the 22nd of June the recipient told me that they have not received the letter yet. I went back to the post office numerous times and they just say sorry we are offline currently. When i track my parcel on the website it just says that its been received by Witpos hub on the 15th of June and since then nothing. Trying to call the Witpos hub is also a waste of time because it seems that the phone there is either ****** or no one is interested on putting it back on the hook. This is very frustrating as this is very important documents that the recipient need urgently. This complaint probably wount help much either due to the fact that the post office is a goverment institution and that says everything</p>
