Useless postal services

<p>I have been trying to contact JIMC "JHB INT MAIL Centre" now for days and no one answers the phone, no one replies to emails either.</p> <p>I have an item that has been sitting there for 6 days now and nothing has changed on the items status.</p> <p>As far as im concerned this is unacceptable for an international mail service. Does anyone kno any alternatives to the matter</p>
