Useless Postal Service

This Government Useless Organization. I have a Parcel sitting in Johannesburg since the 19/11/2025 and it has not moved. I contacted the Call center and they get Irate with you when you start asking questions!!! This is a advent calendar I ordered for my Son from Over Seas. It arrived our side Mid November. Now I am waiting for it to be released. I was told there is a back log!! This is unacceptable that we have to put up with such Poor service!!!!!!!
