USELESS Post office that seems to have ****** my packages as they ignore my requests for SA tracking numbers

I have over 100 packages that went missing last year and nobody can find them or produce SA tracking numbers. I have another 2 packages with tracking numbers that I ordered beginning October 2018 and have still not received the SA tracking numbers. I am disgusted in our useless post office. Nobody gets held accountable and we the consumer loses out. I expect the post office to refund me or find ALL my packages.
