USELESS POST OFFICE DELIVERY

I posted a package for delivery to KZN in Jan of this year....to date my package is still in WITSPOS HUB, unfortunately I can not possibly shot at the staff at the branch as they are nit responsible for the delivery of my package...however, if there is an issue, should they not inform their staff on what to say?????????????

this is absolute BS and i am about over going to the post office weekly to check up on something no one is able to give me answers on!
