Useless Post Office, but what's new?

Hi. I have an international parcel (tracking number: EA ********** 16BE). It was supposed to be courierd to my home, but has still not been delivered. Delivery summary below. It says two unsuccessful attemts to deliver, within 6 minutes! After 6pm as well. There was no attempt to deliver this parcel! I used the same address all the the time and no issues with other courier companies. Nobody has even contacted me. Can't get even contact the post office via telephone or email.
