USELESS Post Office

The South African Post Office is USELESS. I have been trying to track an international parcel that has been scanned end of Oct and still the only answer I get is, its at the main hub. I also heard the excuse that they are backlogged and I just have to wait. I tried calling their useless CUSTOMER CARE line and no one answers after 30min. I dont mind going to pick up the damn parcel if they are too *********** in just scanning and sending it to the damn designated post office. But no, they dont answer at all. No wonder they are bankrupt as they dont seem to give a hoot about doing their jobs. Seriously ticked off!!!!!
