USELESS POST OFFICE

The SA Post office is the WORSE system in South Africa to get or send your stuff (Parcel, Letter) to other countries, it will either get ******, lost, ****** again or lost again they are useless and if you want to waist money or loose money or burn money try the wonderful Post office they will do all that in one for you! I have send 3 letters abroad on 3rd of November last year with tracking nos and in January 24 the persons that it was send to told me via mail that they never received there letters. I first tried to phone the departments where i could track the letters as on the tracking system it said it was at the hub, that is now that is after almost 3 months not left the country yet, i mailed a couple of departments asking if they could try and find out where these letters find them self, after 2 weeks a reply, "Your parcel has not left the country as yet" wow after 3 months?? The a other reply from customer serves " 2 of your parcels has left the country) a 3 reply from JMC ( your parcel is missing) go to the nearest Post office with proof of payment... Wednesday 24 Feb 2018 the missing parcel has been delivered to my client in Spain, the other 2 that left the country is still maybe in the air as those 2 are also now missing in action!! They who works there has NO clue if a parcel is there or not, that is from the top to the lowest. It is not just a pitty it is a huge disaster as the other countries in the world does not want to send anything to South Africa due to this and here in SA nobody worries about it. DONT SEND ANYTHING VIA THE POST OFFICE YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!! The best excuse is there is a backlog and in that backlog your Parcel, Letter is going to die in action, take note they are USELESS!!!
