useless post office

Gooday Ive always heard stories about the postoffice not delivering post and parcels etc. Decided to give it a try. Gee what a mistake ive made.Will never use them again ever in future. I had a parcel shipped from the states.It took 4 days to get to south Africa and it cleared customs on the 4th of feb and is still stuck at wits hub.Thats 3 weeks now. Cant even get an answer by fone as your call never gets answered even after half an hours holding on.Mails don't even get rep**** to either exept once. Don't know what to do anymore. Have used couriers before and what a pleasure compared to my dilemma now with the post office.
