Useless people don't bother phoning them

If I could give them zero stars I would. useless people working there. I have phoned them every month for the last two months to follow up on my international parcels and here is how they responded... they hanged up on me every time I phone to hear about the delay as my packages have been in SA for 2 months without me receiving any notification. How on earth are we suppose to let these people work, if they clearly do not want to work. - super unsatisfied does not explain my irritation with them.
