Useless. Money consuming. Time consuming....etc

Post Office needs to be shut down. It's useless anyways. No notifications sent to us to inform us where our Items are - or maybe they ***** them for themselves. Their tracking system is poor, employees there are dragging their feet. The call centre doesn't answer calls. They don't respond to email.... WHAT DOES POST OFFICE DO ACTUALLY?
