USELESS is an understatement!

<p>I mailed a envelope with trace and track ( dont get me started on the fact that one must pay R20 for a few pages because the post office cant be trusted to start with) I mailed this letter on the 03/03 It only got where it was supose to be on the 22/04 after compalining over a month later. The company never recieved the letter or any notification that it was there and now i see for some reason its no longer in Joburg but Cape Town! Now im getting ignored by customer care . What is the actual point of using the post office . NEVER AGAIN .</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this fixed or some assistance asap!</p>
