USELESS HORRIBLE SA POST OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been trying to contact the SA Post Office to try and establish whether an international package of mine has arrived in SA and is perhaps held up at customs. On the SA post office website it states that one must phone ***for customer service. After holding on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer I finally gave up. Their website is also not operational. When I click on the "Track My International Parcel" link on the SA Post Office website it says the page could not be found. Therefore I have NO WAY of contacting the SA Post Office and I have NO WAY of tracking my parcel. To say that the SA Post Office is BEYOND USELESS is to give them the best compliment ever.
